I had an excellent experience with Southeast Steel and couldn’t be happier. Greg helped us from start to finish. I called ahead, and he confirmed they had the washer in stock and assured me it was in excellent condition. When I arrived about 30 minutes later, everything was exactly as promised—brand new, no dings, dents, or imperfections at all. Greg was honest, helpful, and made the entire process quick and easy. It’s refreshing to deal with people who are upfront and genuinely care about customer service. I highly recommend Southeast Steel and will definitely be back for future appliance purchases!

John M. initially helped me over the phone and guided the entire process smoothly. He made everything easy to understand and took full control to make sure the deal was right. Then Westin Williams stepped in and finished everything—handling the details, sending pictures, and making sure everything was exactly as promised. The communication and follow-through were top-tier. The same-day delivery was incredible. The delivery team (Iron Key Commerce) went above and beyond—professional, on time, and truly white-glove service. They carefully navigated the unit through a challenging setup, even bringing it through the side of the house and a sliding glass door to make sure everything worked perfectly. I bought a Speed Queen online. John M set up my delivery which was next day basically. The delivery driver was careful, professional, and helpful. Set up was super fast and I’m very happy with my purchase. I’ve shopped a lot of places for appliances and I suggest you just go to Southeast Steel and save time and end up happy

Having had not so good experiences with big box appliance retailers in the past, I decided to go to Southeast Steel and what a difference. Gregory was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He understood my needs and offered great advice. No matter whom I spoke with when I called with questions, every one was friendly and jumped right in to help. The delivery and installation crew were just as diligent and skilled. A full kitchen remodel can be daunting but I did not stress at all knowing Southeast Steel was handling the appliance part.
