Friday night refrigerator died… Came here Saturday, had a brand new Whirlpool replacement hooked up in the house by Monday, and the price was 20% under everyone else in town. Zion and the delivery crew were meticulous and helped me out with the water shut off valves and how to do it in the future as well! This whole team here is top notch!

Had my appliances delivered. The Delivery Man damaged my front door. I have called at least four times was told the first time that the delivery driver is a third party. The second time he told me to send him the pictures. Then proceeded to tell me three different times the driver will come out and fix the door. Every time was a lie. With the last time being today but never given me a time that he will be there to fix the door. Poor follow-up poor customer service. Which only makes me wonder if he would default on the warranty if I have a problem with my appliances. I will give him a zero stars for customer service. Not to mention the original delivery date my appliances weren't delivered they were delivered the following day.....Update as of today June 4 door hasn't been fixed and the owner has failed to respond. FASLSE PROMISES BEWARE!!!!!

First of all congratulation Zion on your graduation. I can't thank you and Mr Robert enough. Man Zion nield it great great job . Good listener following directions , Mr Robert I have a big respect for you teaching Zion how to be independent. They work so hard . The fridge give them hell ,but with experience and patience they make it happen . The door of my house is smaller than the fridge .so they have to take the door off and the fridge apart . The delivery Zion and Roberts was great, very professional. They were able to move my old refrigerator in the garage for me, I even had issues with my garage opening today so they opened it manually for me so they could move the refrigerator. They did not need to remove any doors. I really appreciated all the help that they gave me today. If I could give more than five stars, I would.
