I love John’s! If you’ve fallen down the review rabbithole and are desperate for honest feedback, knowledge about the features of each appliance and brand, come see our amazing Erik AKA Erik for President, or me, Kelly AKA the Appliance Lover AKA the talker. Or Peter, our newest addition to the team! We still care after the sale - we service what we sell, we have a parts department (in our Daytona location! Not at Palm Coast! Parts can be transferred up to our store though!!) and we’re entirely self contained and family run.

I am writing this message via voice.Text , sorry for any type of graphical errors. I bought a house in Florida while living in New Hampshire. The entire process , working with the sales woman Kelly was amazing. You can tell she loves her job. She's happy to help her customers and she is extremely knowledgeable. I couldnt ask for better service. It's very hard to find professionalism and excellent customer service.Like this, I will be shopping here as long as I live in Palm Coast. The fact that I did all this over the phone and never met this person in person says a lot for her character and your business.Thank you very much.

We purchased our LG dishwasher expecting reliable performance, but unfortunately the experience has been frustrating. The AE error code appeared, indicating a leak issue, even though there was no obvious leak. Once that code comes on, it is extremely difficult to clear without what seems like an unnecessary service call. We tried unplugging it, letting it dry out, and troubleshooting on our own, but the error remained. For something that may simply be caused by excess suds or minor moisture, the system feels overly sensitive and inconvenient. Another disappointment is that the dishwasher is noticeably louder than we expected. For a newer model, we anticipated quieter operation, especially in an open kitchen and family room setting. That said, John's Appliance has been very good to work with throughout the process. Their customer service has been responsive, helpful, and professional, which we really appreciate. While the product itself has been disappointing so far, the local support from John’s Appliance has been excellent so far.

We bought all our applicances (kitchen and laundry) from Johns last winter/spring. At the time the refrigerator was installed it had dents in one of the doors. The delivery/installation guys said "accept it rather than make us take it back and we will turn in a work order to get the door replaced". So that's what I did. About a month later I called the salesman in the Palm Coast store where we bought everything and he said he had never heard from the installers that there was a problem and he would work on it. A week or so later I called and asked what the ETA was and he said "oh I was asked if you could send pictures". At this point I was wishing I had refused it and gotten a new one. But I took pictures and he sent them on to someone who ordered a replacement door. This is February. I continually followed up and they were always still waiting for the door to come in. Well around the third week of May I get a call that they have received the door and are ready to install. We are snowbirds and were heading back to our other home until December or January. We never know exactly when we are going to return. I told the scheduler this and she said "we will hold on to it for you....no problem". We returned in January and have been busy traveling and finally called to get it installed only to be told it was sent back to GE last December because they can't hold on to those warranty things forever. I asked when we could get the replacement door and they said they would check. They called back and said that GE would get them the door but that it would cost $250 dollars to get it installed since WE waited so long. Remember WE were waiting for 4 months for it to come in. The person from Johns warranty/installation department proceeded to tell me how lucky I was that they were even willing to take the time to call GE on my behalf and how this situation was all my fault. I suggested that since we had purchased so many appliances from them they could help with the $250 installation and she said I should not presume to understand what their margins are for appliances and that even though we had purchased everything from them that they still hadn't made much off of us. I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS AGAIN WITH THEM. IF I HAD AN EMPLOYEE WHO BECAME SO AGGRESSIVE WITH A CUSTOMER I WOULD RELOCATE THEM TO A NON CUSTOMER FACING JOB OR SEE IF THEY NEEDED TO WORK SOMEWHERE ELSE.
