Ollie's Bargain Outlet

There are lots of items in here to choose from but as far as a bargain, the prices have gone up a bit. The building could use a little bit of TLC. There was active water dripping from the ceiling in certain areas roped off to avoid water falling on your head or you to avoid from slipping and falling in those areas. Star wars organized fairly decently for the type of store that it is and the cashier was nice. I would visit again despite all of the things I mentioned earlier because you never know what kind of bargain you may run into.

Not the cleanest of places, but I only go for the books. They have a very large collection of kids books, educational books, activity books, adult books and any other kind you’re looking for. Staff is ok, cashiers are always friendly. I was like last week and over heard a male employee say he wasn’t going to help the front bc he “wasn’t dealing with these people”. As I waited in a very long like with 2 books and 1 register open, he did in fact have to come up and deal with these people lol.

I had to return an item. The check out clerk and the office manager were very courteous and very, very patient. It was a tad confusing, to me at least, yet they both went out of their way to help me get my refund to my checking account. I am sorry I don't have their names. I love this store. Buys are great as are the prices. All of the staff are friendly and go the extra mile to help you find what you need. I think the big department stores in this town should take a lesson from Ollie's. Don't miss going here for a great buy.

This was the first time I have shopped at this store. They have a nice book section as you walk in, to the left. I was surprised to see that they sell such a large variety of products. They have floor rugs and ceiling fans as well as home goods and some groceries. When I checked out, the cashier Zada, was super friendly.
