Had a split unit AC that wasn't blowing cold anymore. JEM Air came out same day to diagnose the problem. Came back next day to fix the unit. Great, honest people. Highly recommend

I have used Jerry and JEM air for years now. They are always reliable, honest, fair priced and do GREAT work. I do not have enough good things to say about them. I have used them for A/C repair, installation of a new A/C unit, a new washing machine and to work on my washer/dryer. Great company, great people.

Husband found a repair listed and called. The man said he was retired and referred to Jerry and gave number. He called and was at door within 15 minutes as he only lives 2 blocks away. Awsome. Hubby had met him when walking our dog but didn't know what his job was. He fixed my old washer in 5 minutes and advised need to get new one but this one can use for now. Can't say enough about his promptness and knowledge. Will call him if have anything that needs repair. His rates are reasonable.

Rarely can you say wonderful things about a repair company, but JEM deserves 5 stars and more! We found JEM on NextDoor and called them for a refrigerator repair. Jerry (the owner) responded immediately and came the very next day - right on time and able to fix our problem. His service fee was so reasonable we had to ask him twice if he was sure that's all we were being charged. This week it was a clogged clothes washer. We called Jerry on a Sunday, he texted us right back and showed up today (Monday) for a 5-minute unclog. He wouldn't take payment. JEM is at the top of our recommendation list for superior service, friendliness, professionalism and reliability.
