Needed to replace our dryer and started by checking the big box stores. Then I found Royal Appliance Outlet on Google and was impressed by all the great reviews. We decided to stop by and are glad we did. Abdul was great to work with. He was knowledgeable, professional, and able to beat the prices from the major big box stores. We found exactly what we needed, loaded the new dryer into my truck with ease, and had it home the same day. The wife is happy, the dryer is working great, and we saved money. What more can I say? Just bought a new samsung fridge from here for a fraction of the cost of lowes, home depot, etc. Was very skeptical about it at first because sometimes and most times some things are to good to be true. But, got the fridge home, everything functions and works exactly as it should minus the screen issue, but we were aware of it when we bought it and the guy that sold us the fridge was very honest and up front about that being the main issue and I highly respect that. Even with us looking into getting it fixed, which is not a necessity, we still come way under the amount of what the big box stores price at. Great group of people, very easy to work with when purchasing and very very reasonable on price. We will 100% be using them in the future for any of our appliance and furniture needs!

Wow! I needed a dryer same day and was able to walk out with a great LG dryer. We looked at Home Depot, Lowes, and Best Buy, and I should have come here first. I will be in the market for a dishwasher soon and will be a return customer at Royal Appliance. The customer service was great- they were very helpful and went out of their way to help me find the type of dryer I needed. I also like supporting local businesses!!!
