What a great experience. When my washing machine broke down, I was dreading the repair or replace process. But then I spoke with Ken, and he completely changed my perspective. He was so professional and kind. I have never met anyone more dedicated to customer satisfaction. Bought a used washer and dryer from them. The washer worked great the dryer didn't work when we got it, they replaced with another that worked for about 5 times then something in the panel needed replaced, they replaced and it worked for about 6 weeks then the heating element went out. I had it replaced by a different company because of the rude attitude from them. Beware when buying, for the headache and money I could have bought a new one.

We got some used whirlpool appliances (washer and dryer) in good condition for a really decent price. The units work great. Staff was kind enough to help us load it, and wanted to ensure they gave us the right connections for it. You can tell from the other reviews that they really stand by their products which is one reason why we felt confident purchasing from them. While we don't anticipate any issues at this point, the man that sold us the washer and dryer said we could contact him within 30 days for any issues.
