Arsenio was awesome to work with. So happy my neighbor suggested coming in to look after I looked at big box stores! And Dawn let me bring my dogs in. Much appreciated since it was 95 degrees out! But now is delivery day. And took time off from work. Javier called at 12:18 pm to tell me the bad news. Only my scratch and dent dryer getting delivered. Someone forgot to load my brand new washer and fridge. Oh well we are going to try again to receive product. Supposed to have delivery charge waived, but haven’t seen that or my appliances. Let’s see what tomorrow brings….

Additionally, the delivery team did a fantastic job with the following: ​Efficient delivery of the new unit. ​Professional assistance with relocating my existing refrigerator. ​Seamless disposal of the old unit. ​The entire team's coordination was highly appreciated and made the transition very smooth. ​The Product ​Regarding the refrigerator itself, there are a few drawbacks to the replacement: ​Capacity & Fit: The new unit resulted in a loss of 1 cu. ft. of storage space, and the overall width is smaller than expected for the space. ​Value: The inclusion of a Wi-Fi feature felt unnecessary and added approximately $500 to the total cost without providing much functional value for my needs. ​Overall, while the service from Bill Smith was top-tier, the specific model adjustments were a bit of a downside in this replacement process.

Had a great experience in purchasing a new quiet dishwasher at the Port Charlotte store. The store had many choices and it was very clean arrange properly. We were greeted when arrives and their salesperson was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did a great job explaining the models and also arranged for the installation of the dishwasher. I was impressed that they actually do their own service. I highly recommend Bil Smith Appliances for your future needs.

Our salesman was very nice and helpful that's not where the issue is.. We took delivery of our stove and dishwasher. When the delivery arrived they were supposed to level the stove. The guy when I asked him to level the stove he said it's level. My mistake I should have never took his word for it. After cooking on it for a few days it was obvious it was not level. I called the store about that and our dishwasher had a solid bottom. We have a conduit in the middle where the dishwasher went so it would not fit. I called several times and never got help. So I went into the store. After about an hour of waiting my sales guy was free and I was able to return the dishwasher and make an appointment for them to level the stove. We checked 4 dishwashers and finally found one with an open bottom. It was delivered and installed. Well it leaked..... So I called again someone came out and said it wasn't level and that is why it was leaking. This didn't sound right to me I questioned him but he didn't check to see if the seals were bad of anything. He left and of course it leaked again. Bill Smiths send out another repair guy first thing he checked was the seal. He said you have a bad seal..... So they ordered the part over a week ago and it's still not in. Bottom line I've had my dishwasher for a month now and can't use it. A little disappointed I feel like I should be compensated some way! Not to mention the guys who delivered the stove did not plug the plug all the way and the tip over bracket they only put 1 screw half way in...

I was referred here and had the pleasure of working with Arsenio. From the very beginning, he truly listened to what I was looking for. I explained that I wanted something less expensive, reliable, and good quality, and he did an excellent job guiding me in the right direction. His customer service was outstanding. He was polite, respectful, patient, and made sure all of my questions were answered. You can tell he genuinely cares about taking care of his customers and not just making a sale.
