SRQ Appliance Repair was outstanding. I called about my LG front‑load washer and they were at my house within 30 minutes. They diagnosed the issue immediately and had it fully repaired about an hour and a half later. Clear communication, fair pricing, and no wasted time. This is exactly how service should be done. Highly recommend.

Called to get pricing info for dryer repair and spoke to the owner who seemed rushed to get me off the phone, which I understand since it's hard working and running your business at the same time, but he seemed like he didn't want to hear my issue and asked if I wanted a rough ballpark to which I said sure and I know I can't hold you to any pricing until someone looks at it. He then hung up on me. I'm giving 3 stars because it seems like he does good work, but coming from a sales management background, you need to treat prospective customers with more respect or hire someone who will. Wish you the best of luck, but I will not be a customer going forward after that call.

Dustin was great! No BS, straight-shooter and very responsive. I own a rental, and the fridge went out. This was the 3rd time I had to call a service company in the past 6 months! The prior two were from folks who don't speak English and charged me outrageous fees ($300) for all kinds of parts that never fixed the problem. Rather than give me a bill, he gave me the truth. I simply needed a new fridge. He could have easily charged 3-5x's..but he chose to just do "the right thing".

I called Kingdom appliance repair after a quick Google search showed they had such high reviews. So glad I did. I needed my dishwasher repaired and Dustin came out within an hour or two of my phone call. He was very pleasant, professional, and most importantly friendly, which is something that’s very important to me when someone is in my home! Needless to say, the dishwasher is now running perfectly, he had the needed part in his truck, which is also a plus. So wonderful to find a reliable appliance repair company. Thank you, Dustin!
