If I could rate in the negative, I would. This business doesn't even deserve one star. This guy totally scammed us on a refrigerator. It didn't even work for 2 months. Told us "if anything goes wrong, you call the warranty company and they'll fix it" - well, first his "receipt" didn't have a store name and was handwritten, and they wouldn't accept it. Then he sends me one typed up in my email with "as is no warranty" added to the bottom that IS NOT THERE on the original receipt. THEN I paid $100 to the "warranty" company, and had LG send their repairman, and this guy had swapped out the compressor and rigged the control panel (since the non-manufacturer part was different), and neither would fix it because he had rigged it up. TOTAL SCAM!!! He told me on the phone he was a stand-up guy, but when I texted him about the rigged parts, he wouldn't reply!! My husband and I both take medication that has to be refrigerated. Mine (for Lupus) is over $10,000, so now I have to make an emergency room trip and most likely be hospitalized because my medication went bad, and my husband is a disabled veteran, and his insulin went bad as well as his Ozempic. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY!! We are pursuing charges under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act- when we put up this review, he threatened us with a lawyer, but EVERYTHING is documented!

Cannot imagine any better Customer Care! This guy (‘Trevor’) went out of his way (and on a holiday week!) to provide not only an excellent value appliance, but also to assure that the installation was satisfactory … even to respond quickly (& personally) to some unforeseen issues. In a time when some well-advertised merchants and service centers have simply offered ‘virtual’ or robotic assistance, It is truly refreshing to have ‘real live’ professional attention in an honest transaction. Our washer and dryer were in need of replacement, I came acrossed 1st Choice Discount Appliances ,and am so pleased that I did ,Trevor was such a pleasure to work with , I didnt even have to go into the store ,he sent pictures of what I was looking for ,and referred me to a delivery / installation company ,and within 48 hours I had my washer and dryer delivered and installed . I highly recommend this company ,Trevor is definitely your go to guy ,he even followed up to see how I liked them. Much better then any Big Box Store I have dealt with .
