Mullets has the worst customer service and service department that I’ve ever dealt with. We have purchased dishwashers, ice maker, stove, exhaust fan. They have not been able to fix my ice maker for more than a year. They come out and try, take it to their shop multiple times and still can’t figure it out. They currently picked it up and took it to their shop almost 3 months ago now. In all that time I have gotten 1 phone call. Every couple of weeks I call them and ask what is happening. Nobody seems to know. They tell me that they will find out and call me back. That never happens. My husband went in and asked to talk to somebody and the office manager said she was the only one there. Never had anyone contact us after that. I have left multiple messages for the service manager. I just want someone to admit that they have no idea how to fix it. Of course this has drug out so long that it’s now out of warranty. They should replace it as clearly it is a lemon

I needed to replace a Coyote built in grill. Andrew was great helping me choose the right one. It had to be ordered and he kept me apprised of when it would be delivered. The delivery team arrived on time (actually a little earlier than scheduled) and installed it. I highly recommend them for any appliances you may need.

Appliance of Pinellas was at our home today after doubt and disappointments with previous appliance repair companies. The savings we recognized are in the thousands of dollars: Viking dishwasher - previous peeps at Mullet told us our dishwasher was not repairable due to a "suspected" valve needed no longer being available and we would need a new dishwasher ($2500) AND they called me to tell me this and cancel my service call the day before Thanksgiving (OUCH). Our outdoor kitchen half fridge - we were told the compressor was shot ($1600 quote to replace). Our indoor wine cooler - we were told needed replaced we did not get a quote but Viking so easy $1200. Today, Lance from Appliance of Pinellas spent 3 hours here. Our dishwasher is fixed - it was a blocked hose that he cleared and shortened the value to solve the blockage problem (not great installation) but he told us otherwise that our dishwasher was still in very good operable condition. The outdoor half fridge - kitchen compressor was not shot - it needed freon and a new switch. The indoor wine cooler was off balance and needed to be reset and the the door adjusted I'm sure another couple grand to replace it. Their bill was $856 including tax and we tipped him $100. We highly recommend this honest and reliable company! Appliance Of Pinellas- Repair Service Note to owners response - I am in your system. Google name may not match. The ignition switch was replaced and the compressor was functional in the outdoor fridge. As well as other appliances. Vikings just dont fail after 12 years. All items on the invoice from another firm detailed the Viking recommended repairs. How indignant of a response. You tried to sell us new stuff rather than repairing.

From shopping to pricing to installation dealing with Mullets was a pleasure. Our sales rep, Gail, is very knowledgeable, polite, helpful and friendly. The pre-installation visit, installation of our new subzero and removal of our old refrigerator went smoothly. Believe me I searched but I could not even meet their price anywhere.
