Tony's Used Appliances

My washer died several months ago and I was tired of wasting money at the laundromat. Once I got some necessary plumbing done, I went in to Tony's to see what they had. Ashley helped me find exactly what I wanted and the next day Heather helped me complete the transaction. Both were super friendly and knowledgeable. Delivery and install was done by Tony and was super fast. I wasn't home, but my husband said he was a great guy. The washer works great and I will definitely be going back for my next appliance. Thank you Tony and staff, you are much appreciated! UPDATE: Since I was so happy with my washer, I went back and picked out an oven since mine broke and I was only able to use the cooktop. Once more it was a great experience. Staff was great and Tony came out and professionally installed my new stove. Very happy. Helen Geremia

What an incredible, first-ever, experience my husband and I had with Tony's! We believed our garage fridge stopped working so we went to Tony's, found a fridge, completed the purchase transaction, and arranged delivery ... only to discover 2 hrs later that our existing fridge started working properly again! (Don't ask. Strange indeed.) Nevertheless, my husband phoned Heather at Tony's and explained the predicament we were now in - not needing, or having anywhere to put, an additional fridge. Despite the numerous warning signs that there were no refunds, exchanges, etc., Heather graciously refunded us our money reversing the purchase ... without even a second of delay! Now THAT is what we call EXCELLENT customer service! We will never go anywhere else for a used appliance other than to Tony's! [Tony's is a local, small business. We purchased a new stove and washer dryer combo from them. The entire experience was amazing. The customer service and delivery of the appliances. The washing machine was missing a little piece when we purchased it that we didn't notice and they want above and beyond to order it for us and ship it to our home even though it wasn't on the washing machine when we purchased it. We definitely will be using them again if we need them.

I have purchased many used appliances from Tony over the years and never had an issue. This past weekend we purchased a used oven. We got it home and realized it wasn't what we wanted. It was so easy to return the oven. Had no hassle and had to pay a restocking fee. I highly recommend Tony's Used Appliances to anyone. Great staff and great selection and a sweet Lil kitty lives there as well.
