I was sold a microwave that was described as brand new inside the box no dents or damaged . Received microwave after opening the microwave the microwave is completely dented . When I call they say they are not responsible for dents. Very dishonest people . Buy at another appliance location. This place appliance depot of obt will take your money run and not help. Very bad experience and customer service .

Awesome place to buy appliances. They have everything. I found the best price right here for my Samsung fridge. They have new open box and used. They were helpful and do delivery and installation. Highly recommend if you are looking for an appliance store in the Orlando and Central Florida region.

Just bought these new open box whirlpool appliances for my kitchen. I saved 50% of what it would have cost me to go purchase at another store. These appliances are BEAUTIFUL!! I got a dishwasher, a built in microwave, oven, and a beautiful stove countertop. They offered delivery and installation and it was so easy to schedule it within the same week I purchased. They removed my old ones and installed these appliances with ease. I 100% RECOMMEND!!
