ASA Appliance

Been going there for years but now never again went down there recently after the hurricanes after losing everything and purchased a refrigerator explain to them that there was a loner in my kitchen. to take that one out and put the one I purchased from them in that spot I spent the days after that clearing a path so it would be a quick switch I was also told you should not be a problem so I paid for the delivery I bought the refrigerator when they did show up explain to them when they pull up so I will put my dogs out and please do not knock on the door or start talking to me through the window I had two already put up. Was getting the last one to go out and the lady come up to the window and started talking to me through the window while my dog went rushing to the door and I was having a problem getting hurt to go out she got all bent out ask for my car keys because I hadn't been out there yet so I can back the car out I wasn't sure how we were going to do it until they got here but when I got my dog out I came out they stuck my refrigerator that I bought outside in front of my car and left I paid for delivery everything seemed fine when I was there buying it but boy it took a different turn the day they were bringing it so I guess their idea of delivery is pull up dump it in your yard and leave I'm on a walker and a cane and then they told me that I should have taken the other one and put it outside and then all they were going to do is bring it in the door it's amazing once people get cash in their hand how quickly they change the story I will not go over there anymore and I will not send anyone over there anymore sadly the original owner passed away and they took it over I am extremely disgusted.

Our used dryer had died and my husband could not fix it. We saw the reviews for ASA so went to get a replacement dryer there. Enrique showed us what they had, and to make conversation, my husband told him how he had tried to fix ours and what he tried. Enrique listened and then told my husband could fix it himself in a few minutes by simply replacing a certain fuse. He knew this just from my husband's description. Then Enrique said he would give my husband a fuse. He went to his office desk (which was full of parts) and gave us a fuse at no charge. And when my husband replaced the fuse our dryer now worked! Enrqiue is a genius with appliances and also very generous. He didn''t go for a sale but instead decided to just help us. You don't see that very often these days. We are very grateful.
