I was promised next-day delivery on a new oven because our old one completely died right before a big family gathering. Bayshore Appliances delayed the delivery three separate times with zero advance notice. When the delivery crew finally showed up four days late, they scraped our kitchen doorway and the oven door was noticeably dented. To top it off, the drivers refused to take the old appliance away despite us paying the extra haul-away fee. Extremely unprofessional.

Unbelievably disappointed with Bayshore Appliances. The washing machine we purchased leaked during its very first cycle, ruining our laundry room floor. When we asked for a replacement or a full refund, the store manager was incredibly rude and claimed it was an "installation issue" on our part—even though we paid their team for delivery and installation! Now we are stuck with a $900 piece of junk and a massive headache. Save your sanity and shop somewhere else.

I bought a high-end refrigerator from Bayshore Appliances last month, and it stopped cooling within two weeks. When I called their customer service line, I was put on hold for over 45 minutes, only to be abruptly disconnected. I’ve sent multiple emails and left voicemails trying to get a technician out here under the warranty, but it’s just radio silence. They are quick to take your money, but completely vanish the moment something goes wrong. Absolute nightmare experience.
