This company is just a big scam!!!! All the written reviews are not true! I bought a refrigerator from them, delivery was scheduled for 3 pm , in the end they delivered it at 9 pm,(all the food went bad )The refrigerator was broken and I called them to call a repairman because when I bought it, they said that the warranty was 2 months! They NEVER answer the phone! Weeks later, they scheduled a time for the repairman to come, that day I sat at home and ripairman never showed!!!!!! They didn’t even warn me that they wouldn’t come!!!!! That is, I should take a day off from work, but they simply didn’t show up and didn’t even warn me. And this happened twice !!!!! In the end, I contacted a company owner and he told me that the callout would cost me ! What??????? You give a warranty and want me to pay for the callout because the refrigerator is broken!? He also suggested that the landowner could pay for it! So you sold a broken refrigerator, and someone should pay for it? This is just ridiculous.
