This company works with Appliance Plug. I bought a house and decided to upgrade my dish washer a month later. I ordered from appliance plug and they contract with done right who came out, removed my old dishwasher, installed the new one and hauled away the old. Pretty easy job for an appliance repair company. Instead this installer broke something while under my sink for a long time, said he broke a part and needed to go to Home Depot to get a new one. Went to Home Depot and installed that part which he was still having issues installing. He bought the wrong part which caused my entire house to flood in the middle of the night. Wall to wall entire house because of this installer buying the wrong piece for my dishwasher, using a pex and white glue. Before the flood when under my sink he must have hit the pipes to
My reverse osmosis and my entire counter was flooded and he said he didn’t do that. I had to remind him that my counter was dry when he got there and now the entire counter where he was the only person at was flooded. I called his manager Octavio who walked him through fixing. No suprise that he can’t install a dishwasher. Now I have tens of thousands of dollars in damages.ruined all new flooring and base boards, expensive recliner just bough expensive MacBook Pro, all cabinets.
