Called to get a service call since they were recommended by Manitowoc. Spoke to them once and texted pictures of the broken part plus the model and serial number. Was told that they would research it and get back to us. Called back and left a message with no return call back. It has been two days with no word back. Called another service company and within ten minutes have set up a service call.
