Famous Tate Appliance & Bedding Center

Very disappointing experience. I arrived and waited for assistance on some appliances only to watch salespeople greet and help customers who arrived after me. After being ignored, I left without making a purchase. Given that the parking lot is under video surveillance, I could not help but wonder whether the vehicle I was driving influenced how I was treated. Regardless, the experience left me feeling unwelcomed as a customer. My family and I always support small and locally owned business as much as able, and had previously been customers of the Armenia location, however after this experience we will not return to any Tate stores.

We were told by another location that Famous Tate’s online inventory is accurate and up to date. Based on that, we drove to your store after work only to be told the product listed online had actually been sold three weeks ago. Please update your website to reflect current inventory so others don’t waste their time. Thank you.

WOW! Fantastic Experience! My wife and I were moving into our new home. We were having a challenging time deciding which refrigerator model and washer dryer we wanted. On a whim we popped into South Tampa Famous Tate. Patrick Redman patiently answered all our questions as went back and forth on what we wanted. Patrick educating us along the way we were able to make a decision on both a refrigerator and washer dryer combo. The delivery of our new appliances was equally as smooth. The delivery team showed up on time. Knocked on the door, and confirmed the install plan for our home. The delivery team was quick, clean, professional and respectful of our home, and our community.

I highly recommend Nelson Torres at Famous Tates. He spoke with me in person and on the phone countless times to help me pick the right appliances. I ended up getting a ge monogram dual fuel range, monogram drawer microwave, and ge cafe fridge. Any issues I had, Nelson immediately resolved. I enjoy all of the appliances I purchased.

Julian was the salesman I was referred to for my purchase. I have never ordered from Famous Tate before. I needed all new appliances. I had a few specifics that I was looking for. Julian was able to find me everything I needed. It took me awhile to receive my purchase due to COVID delays. I had the salesman's email and every time I requested an update I received it immediately. I'm very happy to say that all my appliances have arrived and I LOVE THEM ALL! They were exactly what I was looking for. Great customer service!!
