Michael in Sales was wonderful. I let him know I was without a working fridge so he set delivery for 2 days which I appreciated. Yesterday I received a text Delivery time between 11:30-2:30. This morning I got a text with the Driver Info and a tracker. So about 9am it showed he had 8 deliveries ahead of mine. I had to wonder how they could possibly make 9 deliveries by 2:30. There was no way that was going to work. Now 3pm and Driver still has 3 stops before me. It looks like it will be several hours late. Disappointing because Famous Tates has such great customer service. But way off on their Delivery Schedule Estimating. That being said, the delivery guys were so kind, polite and helpful - it was worth the wait.

From the time I walked into the showroom to the day of delivery, it was a pleasure dealing with Tate's. Paul, our sales associate, was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He helped me make my decisions based on what my needs were and which models were most affordable and highly rated. The delivery team of Cesar & Yasvoni were amazing! They arrived when they said they would and were very considerate of making sure no damage was done during delivery. Very good experience and would highly recommend Tate's!

Very satisfied with both the sales staff and the delivery/installation staff. Sales staff were readily available, friendly and very professional and knew the products. The delivery staff have been very pleasant and professional too. Your delivery messaging system that kept us informed on the exact timing of our 2 different deliveries is outstanding. Our refrigerator and washer purchases have been very good. You are now our ‘go-to’ for all our appliance needs.

I’m telling you !! If we could give them 100 stars we would ! We a a victim of good ol’ Uncle Milton!!! We lost everything . We went in last March (2025) somehow, we were lucky enough to have a sales rep named Robert Grafton come over to us. Now I had been in there a few times before and I was not impressed with a few of the sales reps that I was talking with, but this time Robert Grafton came over to us he was so knowledgeable , so patient he just was awesome. We ended up buying all of our appliances with him that day . We just had our second delivery, which was the laundry center. The two people that came in to deliver. were very very professional but what I liked most about it was we were given text messages throughout the delivery timeframe, keeping us informed as to where they were. I can’t say thanks enough for your professionalism ,your pricing , and your patience with us. Everything was top notch. Thanks again for everything famous Tate

Famous Tate has been great to deal with. We bought all new appliances from them when we built our house. When it came time to upgrade our washer and dryer we went back to them. Our salesman, Mike, was very helpful when it came to picking out the models we selected. Although the dryer had a (manufacturer problem) which we discovered almost immediately, Jayne was great in promptly providing a new replacement. The teams of delivery men were also very professional and efficient. We will remain faithful customers in the future!
