Do Not Recommend ! Check the attached . The dude is trying to sell his business and likely doesn’t care because of that I bought 2 washers for a busy rental in June 2025. Something went out on them - fine - I had the other as backup , and out of warranty. I set up the other , never used - check the photo - GP tag still on it (see photo) hose leak out of the back. I send proof of payment Monday - he says he’s out and he’ll get back Tuesday. I follow up Tuesday - ghosted I let Wednesday ride Thursday (today) I follow up. He replies about the issue, I reply with address and he says , “sorry that was for another customer”, coincidentally a similar issue. I ask if he can resolve this issue before guests leave, he says “no promises ” I try to give the smaller businesses a shot , and they can’t hang. What a disappointing example of small business

Called trying to sell my washer (5 years old, well maintained, and high-end costing over $1,500 new.) and they said they pay no more than $40, regardless of model or type. If you bought from this company, you overpaid compared to what they paid to get what you bought, and supported a company that steals the value of what they sell from the people they use as a source. Look for a different company.

I am a low income senior and a very tight budget. I explained this and I couldn't have been more surprised and pleased how willing they were able to work within my budget to find me the perfect dryer. They were so nice and so accommodating I totally recommend them. Their showroom is clean their appliances they're in good shape and their prices are very reasonable.
