I received a new stainless frig. Walter are delivering man did a professional job 👏, very Professional took the time to go over all the frig. Benefits. If I had a appliance business he would be the first one I would hire, he needs a raise $ before you lose him.way under paid in my opinion for what he does all by this self.

. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received over the phone today. The representative seemed too busy to answer my questions or fully listen to my needs, stating that he had other customers to attend to. I explained that I needed to purchase a dishwasher, have my stove repaired, and schedule service for my refrigerator. Despite the scope of work, I was not given any sense of priority or assistance in setting up an appointment. As a longtime customer, this experience was both surprising and frustrating. I had expected a higher level of professionalism and attentiveness. Unfortunately, based on this interaction, it appears that Hanson Appliance and Repair is willing to risk losing a loyal, lifelong customer.

I started out buying a used washing machine from Hansons. It was reasonably priced,works great, and they delivered it and took the old one away. Unfortunately my water heater and refrigerator both broke. The water heater produced no hot water and the freezer was cold but the fridge wasn't cooling off. My past experience purchasing the washing machine and also the recommendation of my family made Hansons the first and only repair business I even needed to call. The repair man was awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable, and careful. He took no time at all to fix the problem. The water heater had a broken element so he replaced everything quickly and safely. The refrigerator required a good defrosting and a 2nd visit to replace a fan motor. Both visits were quick,on time and efficient. He knew exactly what to do. There was feeling of pressure to fix things that were not an issue or to buy a new appliance. He was honest and friendly. I highly recommend this company for any needed repairs and also for the purchase of used appliances as well

Very pleased with my brand new Maytag dryer, however I was not given all the information on the warranty correctly nor the correct rebate info at time of sale. 5 stars to Walt, thank you Walt for the best delivery service, you were very courteous, respecting my property with the careful and professional handling of the install in my small condo. Hope to see you again Walt for the next install.

Stopped into one of Hansen’s used appliance stores, They had a scratch and dent stainless stove that didn’t have any noticeable damage . Exactly what I was looking for . They saved me $150 off what it cost online . Trust me I googled the model. They helped me load it right in my car and sent me to another location for a new 220 electric chord because they were out of that style. I got to the other location expecting to pay $25 for the chord. The guys had already called over and told them to just give it for free. I was blown away and very happy to Leave this review . I installed the stove and it works great. No damage at all!!
