I visited this store about a week ago and spoke with a woman named Evelyn, who quoted me $420 for a specific washer and dryer set and promised to call me on Sunday. Sunday came and went no call. I called the number she gave me multiple times and it wasn't even her direct line. After three unanswered attempts, she finally texted me only to offer a completely different brand than what we discussed AND raised the price to $500 with no explanation. This is not how you treat a customer who came in good faith. Changing the price, switching the product, and going silent for days is unacceptable. I would not recommend doing business here if you expect them to honor what they tell you in person. And it all made sense when I noticed their listed number has a 786 area code — that's Miami. Born and raised there my whole life, I've seen this exact type of move pulled down there, so I wasn't surprised at all. On top of everything else, the store itself was a complete dump. No AC whatsoever with the door wide open in Florida heat, dust and dirt everywhere, and you literally have to step over a baby gate just to get inside. The woman attending me couldn't focus on the customer because she was simultaneously trying to watch three kids while holding an infant. That infant appeared to have asthma and I have to ask, why would you have a child with a respiratory condition in a place with no AC, extreme heat, and dust flying around? The washers and dryers were sitting outside and looked completely neglected and uncared for. The entire operation feels unprofessional from start to finish. I want to add to this review that after I posted it I received a call from another number because I blocked the original number. They said they have my address and we’re threatening to come to my house and hurt me because I mentioned their kid in a review. The kid that I mentioned that has asthma in their review I mentioned it because a woman named Evelyn told me that while I was in the store it’s not an assumption I made. It’s what I was told. The woman who called me was very aggressive and very hostile. I would highly recommend staying far away from the store. The owner has since responded to this review attempting to discredit me, claiming they don’t have my address since I never completed a purchase. That is false. When I visited the store I provided my name and address to reserve a set and when the owner called to threaten me over the phone, she confirmed she had it herself. The response speaks for itself nearly every sentence is grammatically incorrect, barely coherent, and they went out of their way to randomly capitalize certain words for dramatic effect. If you’re going to try to publicly discredit a customer, at least make sure your response makes sense. The desperation is showing. And I’m not alone scroll through the other reviews and you’ll see a pattern of negative experiences met with the same aggressive, incoherent responses trying to discredit honest customers. This is clearly how they operate. A business that threatens customers over truthful reviews, can’t communicate professionally, and has a track record of this behavior frankly has no business being open. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere.

Said open until 6. I took a ride out there hoping to find a refrigerator. Open sign was lit up, big flag saying open. Door was locked. Rang the little ring bell no answer, there is an open area but things blocking you from entering. I called in “Hello” multiple times no answer. Called the phone number no answer. I guess they don’t want business. I’ll shop elsewhere

Extremely helpful, pleasant and friendly owners. I bought a used washing machine and dryer set, fast delivery and set up, and they are both working well. Would definitely recommend.

I have enjoyed shopping at this store on several occasions. I bought a fridge/freezer, then a stove and now a washer/dryer set. They all work and were reasonably priced. The three-month warranty on all of their appliances gives me added confidence. The customer service is always perfection, too!

I had a guy come tell me that it costs $250. To repair my washer that went off balance. I was thinking maybe buy a new used one, so I drive over to Hernandez and they have loads of washers for sale but Gabriel told me to buy the parts and he would fix it. I went back and told him I had the parts. That day Aldo showed up to fix it!!! Yay! Thanks again guys for being honest and helpful 💪❤️
