H&H Overstock

Be aware that this is not an authorized dealer for any of the OEM appliances that they sell. I had an issue with my refrigerator (purchased from H&H) after a year and the manufacturer will NOT replace this product given H&H is not an authorized dealer. H&H is unwilling to provide support after 90 days of purchase so I was stuck with a $5000 sunk cost. Feels like there is a high likelihood that there will be problems with the appliances purchased from here. Be aware.

Very nice store. I bought multiple units from this store. Jack the manager, helped me with my appliances and I absolutely love all his choices. The store has good quality appliances for fracture what the retail stores sell. If you don’t mind opened appliance or a little dent, this is your store. I could not afford new appliance from regular store. We lost all during hurricane Debbie and Jack from HandHoverstock rescued us. We already send some friends of mine and they all are so happy. Thanks Jack for helping us with post hurricane recovery.

Always goes above and beyond . I asked for a Viking frig . It took a few months , but he remembered me , saved the frig and reached out to me , I got exactly what I wanted !! I loooove my frig . His delivery man goes above and beyond and very affordable. All these appliances are from H&H . Love my expensive looking kitchen at half the price lol ( but don’t tell my secret lol)

I discovered H&H Overstock a few years ago, and I only wish I had found it decades earlier! Their service, communication, and pricing are truly exceptional. Buyer Beware… This is what happened… I am going to keep this short and sweet because google refreshed and it erased everything I had already typed up and I am already frustrated. I purchased a Frigidaire Microwave from this company. The box looked like this (see below). The microwave exploded. No one was hurt and the only thing damaged was the microwave itself. I can’t blame them for the microwave, I’ll contact Frigidaire for that. But I can blame them for their lack of taking it back and then accusing me of making false claims. They also threatened to report me to eBay. GO RIGHT AHEAD. This is probably the last time I buy from eBay anyway. I spent $360 on a microwave that exploded and the seller won’t take it back. They said contact the manufacturer and see what they can do (basically too bad, so sad). And eBay was terrible in helping me contact the seller to begin with which caused us to finally make contact so late. Anyway…don’t buy from this company because clearly they sell faulty appliances and are not willing to take it back. The end.
