TK All Day
I hesitated to write this review because I really do like to say all good things about people in business if I can help it. But in this case, I will start with the good. They have a really good selection of items. The store is organized and the pricing is reasonable. They delivered when they said they would as well
However, when I was in the store, I asked if it was okay that I went back to look around after completing my purchase. I went to do so. I did see something I wanted to ask about, but I was totally surprised when I turned around and saw the whole family behind me, a bit farther back, but watching me browse nonetheless. The business is a two-in-one and I came early, so it was interesting that everyone was in the room with me. It wasn't like I could slip an appliance into my tote bag and walk away with it. Plus, I had JUST made a purchase. I did ask my question, but as a Black person in this current climate, I no longer felt welcomed. So, I left. Fast forward to yesterday. I asked via the app where I found them if it was normal that the refrigerator I bought was still making a noise 24 hours after delivery. They did ask a few questions but near the end, said "It shouldn't suddenly stop when it was working", an insinuation that I had done something to it. Of course, I was offended. The item is still making noise, but functional for the most part. My warranty is only 30 days and I really don't want to have to spend more money. But I may just opt for paying someone to fix the problem rather than stating my case to them again.
Like I said, good prices, good location and a good selection. But I really hope they learn to treat their customers better.
