Found these guys from a recommendation through a VERY high standards friend. Our fridge broke. I called and they texted me back with photos. I had my new to me fridge installed the very next day at a great price, they even took my old one, I didn't have to lift a finger. Then when, what I was told during moving water got on the condenser I think(idk anything about fridge repair)and froze it so the fridge part didn't cool they had a repair guy out the next day to get it going. Everyone from the woman in the office, to the install guys and the repair guys were polite, personable and knowledgeable. Highly recommend, and will use in the future for other appliance needs. Thanks guys!

Mariela, the person you interact with via marketplace, is 10/10! I’ve done 2 transactions with her just on marketplace and she’s amazing. I asked her for the serial numbers on numerous washer and dryers and she sent them all to me. She was extremely patient with my research, questions and indecisiveness. I got the washer and dryer and the washer left a residue on my clothes. It’s just me so I don’t wash a lot so over the course of 2 months she messaged me back and forth and sent her repairman out a couple times. Come to find out, I just need to wash on bulky cycle. But she was never rude or short, nor did she ever ghost me. I was a little outside of my 2 months warranty time when we finally determined the source of my problem. The washer, dryer and fridge I bought from them have given me no issues, other than figuring out this “high efficiency” setting. The repairman is also very nice! Good communication. In and out. Never left a mess. Would highly recommend using them! Saved me a ton of money! And time and gas.

Went and looked yesterday at a Washer and Dryer. Got it delivered next day. Process was super easy. Delivery was smooth and a lot less $ than others! I went to about 5 other places and they have the best quality and prices on major home appliances compared to competitors. The set pictured was only 580 but they have many for way less. Definitely will be going back. Washer and dryer work great. Happy customer!
