Extremely disappointed with Juno Zone Appliances. We bought a scratch-and-dent fridge from them that came with a warranty, which sounded like a great deal at first — but the real problem started when we needed a repair and replacement.
They kept promising dates for service and then just… didn’t show up or follow through. No calls, no updates, nothing. At one point they told us they’d contact us on Sunday. Sunday came and went — no call. When we followed up, they claimed they never said Sunday, flatly denying what we’d been told. To make it worse, they advertise being open every day from 7 to 7 via text message, but when we tried reaching them on that same Sunday, they were closed.
This kind of runaround — vague promises, no accountability, and denying their own commitments — is not what you want from a company handling appliance repairs and replacements. If you’re considering their scratch-and-dent inventory for the savings, just know that getting any follow-through on warranty service is a real gamble. Would not recommend based on this experience.
