First I want to say, I wish I knew sooner I would have bought my dryer from this quality appliance store. This purchase was for my mother's house and my daughter found this place. When we arrived at Mike's Quality Appliances he automatically greeted us and introduced his self. Then asked us what we were looking for, explained what he had to offer. Appliances are all reasonable and of good quality, he delivers. WE all are waiting for her cookies...she ❤️ her new stove. Thanks Mike

I needed a good used dryer because my old one "bit the dust" as you might say. So I went to Mike's Quality Used Appliances and his wife was so helpful and friendly and was so very kind and gave us such a good deal, I went ahead and got the washer too. They delivered it same day. And Mike took my old set out (and took them away) put in the new used ones I got from them. Hook them all up.He took the time to explain how they worked, so I would know how to operate them. He was patient and helpful, because these were newer models than what I had. Very good people. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing appliances to go there. There are definitely 5 star operation all the way around! Thank you so much! Wow!!!! 5 stars is not enough, not only did I find the perfect stove, but no one could be their prices. Mike and Brandi’s customer service is one of the best I’ve encountered in a really long time. They treat you like family and answered all our questions promptly. They just made my day by delivering to our house and taking the old away. Thank you we WILL be back :)

I cannot say enough positive things about this business and the customer service they provided me. From my initial phone call, through delivery and set up, I understood very quickly that Mike takes a lot of pride in his business. Mike spent about 45 minutes on the phone helping me and answering questions to ensure I chose the product that fit my needs. They delivered to Bradenton all the way from Tampa. When they delivered my new washer and dryer, they set them up and were extremely clean and careful. He showed me how to use them and explained how to register for my warranty… They were friendly, respectful, and honestly just went above and beyond what almost any business would feel was within their obligation. I’m so impressed because you just don’t find service like this anymore. I am so glad I found them and will be a customer as long as he is in business… which judging by the obvious pride he takes in ensuring his customer’s satisfaction, will be a very long time! Just call him… you’ll see!!!
