Bought a dryer from them in December and now it’s not blowing out hot air. Whoever answers the phone needs to learn customer service or find another job ! You don’t sale broken dryers & not do anything about it. Lying saying somebody a come fix it and never does I’ll be back for my refund and y’all can come back and get this dryer RIDICULOUS !

Had best experience with them and service is wonderful. I had issue with the fridge which i got from them and unfortunately it was tripping my breaker.I moved to other house and it did not came with it. My wife used their service couple of years ago for dryer and washer which is still running at old house. They replaced my fridge after 30 days as i was not in the town. Honest person and they delivered and installed for me. I'll get all my future appliances from them as they have tons of choice and all appliances are almost brand new. No dent or broken pieces.Also it comes with 60 days warranty. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Make sure you keep receipt.

Purchased two refrigerators from Tum in the last 8 years and both have worked out great. I purchased a stainless side by side about 6-7 years ago and it had been working great all this time. It stopped getting cold and honestly we may have been able to fix it but for the prices at Tum we just decided to get another one. We found a brand new!! GE stainless steel french door fridge for a great price and grabbed it. We got it delivered about a month ago and it has been working great, since!

So far so good but only 3 days in with the washer purchased from Tum's. They had a good selection and it seemed on average the prices were a bit below half the original price. The customer service is slow to warm up and answers were short and with communication a bit on the awkward side but in the end a purchase was made. The store is kept well enough in what might be referred to as the showrooms with most of the washers and dryers outside under tent and awning style structure. The outer yard is a mess with spare parts and appliances sitting among tall grasses and weeds. The washer we purchased was just over $250 with tax. The warranty is for exchange if not repairable and claims to be for 60 days. An update will be forthcoming if the machine has an issue within the warranty period. If all goes well purchasing used makes great financial sense it will all depend on if the business has done quality repairs to their machines. It would not take much effort to have a thriving used appliance business if the parts and repairs are right.
