Bought a freezer in early June. Less than 2 weeks after purchase the coils froze up and it quit working. They picked it up and kept it for over a week to repair. When returned to me they said it was repaired. It has been working for a little over 3 weeks and is now having the same issue. I have tried to contact them to either replace with a different freezer or get a refund. They do not respond to my calls or messages. Do Not Buy Here. They do not stand behind their products!!!!!!

I recently bought a dryer and refrigerator from this company. The dryer worked fine but the refrigerator never got cool. I asked for a refund but the company refused to come pick up the refrigerator so the only way I could get my money back was to pay somebody else to haul the refrigerator back to them. I feel since they sold me a broken refrigerator they should have just come back and got it. I'm out $260. Will not go back.

My family has bought appliances on three occasions now. A fridge, a freezer, and we just picked up an Amana washer and dryer set. So far, so good. Joecito and his helper were polite and timely as always with the delivery. We also were able to buy used made in america products that are repairable, if needed in the future. Plus a 60 day warranty on the used appliances. God bless America!
