The receptionist was very courteous sweet and kind. She was very attentive to my needs. I did purchase a sofa and loveseat and the sofa was 50% off so I paid cash for the sofe but I was curious as to why such a nice piece of furniture was on sale for 50% off especially with it being recliners. After leaving the store I received a call from the receptionist with details about the chair. A defect that I hadn't even noticed. My only concern was would the chair still recline lol? The manager checked the chair out and assured me that it would recline. My furniture was delivered on Friday the January 23rd and I couldn't be more happy. Tbe delivery guys was very respectful and gentle with my furniture. The did tell me if I have any problems with anything to don't hesitate to give them a call. I'll definitely shop with Farmer's again.
