First off, our refrigerator arrived ahead of schedule; which was a plus for us since our fridge was on the brink. The two men, Hill & B.C., who delivered our refrigerator were great. They set everything up, which included removing the plastic; that in itself is no easy task. Overall everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend Modern Gas for your appliance needs, and they do price matching.

I have a Frigidaire Gallery stainless steel refrigerator. I bought my first one probably 20 years ago, so when I went looking to replace, naturally I went for the same one just a newer model since it had been such a good appliance with no issues. I had visited a few of the big box stores with no avail and that is how I ended up at Modern Gas in August of 2024. Much different experience. The customer service was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me find my refrigerator. The whole experience was good. The delivery guys Marcus and Trell were so kind and friendly. Called when they were on the way. (My favorite part) A few months in I starting having lots of issues and several service calls over the next 9 months. Freezer and ice maker kept going out. They would bring me a loaner until mine could be fixed. Mark Holloway the owner was awesome to deal with throughout this whole process. It required patience on both parties because Frigidaire requires a process. They just delivered my new replacement. All has been good. In all of this craziness I have learned to always buy local. I would have never gotten all this help with a big box store. Thank you Modern Gas.
