The absolute WORST!!! I got 3 washing machines from them in less than a month, 2 in one day. I had a washing machine that wouldn't spin. The cost to repair it was too expensive so I tried this place. The guy told me they could remove my old washer but they would fix it and sell it, they didn't offer me a discount or anything. The washing machines they brought me leaked water and were very dirty. Don't do business here.

I will be contacting the BBB at this point. I purchased a washer and dryer. Paid for delivery and install. It took 2 almost 3 days for me to get my appliances that were supposed to come the next day. He blocked my number immediately after I made my purchase and inquired about the delivery. The only reason I got it on the second and not the 3rd is because my husband offered the delivery guy extra money to have it delivered on time. He was not given all of the installation pieces so I still had to wait 2 more days before I could use them. My husband even paid Will extra money to drop off the missing pieces and he still didn’t bring everything that was missing. I had to buy those pieces myself. Now my washer is throwing an error. I called almost a week ago to get a technician here that did not actually fix the issue even though I have a 30 day warranty that is not up. Now he refuses to answer mine and my husbands calls. Long story short buy from somewhere else. This is what happens when you try to support your own kind of people because there wasn’t a thing cheap about this experience.

Wish I could give no stars, very dishonest and money hungry. I selected a fridge and stove. When it was time to pay he wanted $125 more than quoted because it was on my card, I'm sure the "Sales person" would pocket the extra funds, told me to go to the gas station next door and get cash, literally less than 15 yards, I ran and came back with the cash 3 minutes later, he sold the stove for $150 less than what he told me to another person. I selected another stove but he raised the price of the fridge by another $150 because supposedly someone he knows wants it over the phone, all this in a matter of 5 minutes. While negotiating 3 people came in returning stoves, no lie. At this point I walked away. Find better deals on Facebook market place. Please don't get scammed. He also wants $25 per item delivered to your door, $50 if you want it taken inside your home.

Bought fridge that was working then 3 days later it stopped working. Has 90 day warranty the phone number he has to call for issues he will avoid your calls. Had to pull some strings to get him to send someone out to repair. The repairs only worked one day. Horrible way to warranty your equipment. Better to put extra money and buy new fridge than dealing with them.
