Sandie was extremely helpful from start to finish and the reason we purchased our flooring from Britt’s. The folks at Britt are great! I worked with Sandy in the showroom as I worked through the many many choices. From there the measurements were taken to work up the final pricing which I thought was a very reasonable price! After that we worked on scheduling and I requested Mark going with a recommendation from my neighbor. Mark did such an amazing job! 3 days for the whole project. I friend to prep as much as I could, but Mark and Thomas did the rest! I am super impressed and very satisfied! It is what I have been wanting to do for a long time! Thank you Sandy! Excellent customer service. I have gone to them several times in the past 6 years and they are true to their word about making sure the customer is satisfied. Highly recommend. I recently had them create an area rug out of a large carpet remnant and the result looks very expensive and well-made. Photo is of staircase carpeted in 2022.
