building a new home there is a lot of times that experience is unpleasant. I’m here to say from start to finish Northpoint appliances has been tremendous to work with. We have enjoyed the process from picking out the appliances to Even the install team. I can’t say enough good things about our Experience with them in this process. The Installers go above and beyond about protecting your home as well. They had to come back to install the stove because it was not ready do to the cabinetry. While storing the stove until they had to come back, they set the pallet on a moving blanket in our garage to guarantee our flooring did not get scratched. We wish the other trades would have paid this much attention to detail as the Northpoint appliance team did.

I met with Dyllan Sells who provided an honest and comprehensive look at the models I was considering, plus some I didn’t have on my list. He did not just spit out the manufacturers’ messaging-- he gave an honest, real-world appraisal of how well these ovens would perform. My wife and I recently renovated our kitchen and worked with Jeff Watson and Donna Maxam. We looked at several fantastic options, but settled on a Wolf range, Sub Zero refrigerator and Cove dishwasher set. The ordering process was easy and they were able to adjust our delivery date when our kitchen finished early. I had such a great experience with North Point Appliance. Everyone there was so friendly and easy to talk to. The sales team really knew all about the Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances I was looking for and helped me pick the perfect ones for my kitchen. They taught me about steam ovens which I had never even heard of and now cannot live without! The installation team was awesome too—super careful and professional. Everything looks and works amazing.
