Dave's Appliance and Home

We used Dave’s for their Schrock cabinets to redo our whole kitchen. Working exclusively with Andrea, she showed great patience and ability to create a custom kitchen layout for us. Just some minor issues with cabinets themselves but those were resolved by Schrock and Andrea. We did not use their installers bacause we live so far away it just wasn’t reasonable to consider.

Jeff has been on every job I have worked on since I started renovating kitchens. I didn’t know him before I went in to look over so appliances for a client and I’m so grateful that my client choose them. Jeff has been to every install, answered every phone call and given the white glove treatment to every detail. He gives old school customer service and I know one thing is that as long as Jeff is at Dave’s they will have me as their client. He makes the appliance selection fun and joyful. 5* is not enough to rate this business and Jeff!!

From our initial phone call inquiring about the availability of a microwave replacement for a microwave/wall oven unit to the final installation of an entire new unit, the service was exceptional. With no acceptable replacement for the microwave, we were pleased to find a new unit at a very affordable price. Jeff and Chad are both professional and knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service throughout. Installation involved some adaptation to make the new unit fit properly. Ian and Jose’s expertise made it all look so easy and it still went very quickly. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We will definitely be repeat customers when it’s time to replace our other appliances.

Great experience at this shop! Jeff was incredibly helpful from start to finish—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right appliance instead of just making a sale. He answered all my questions clearly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The store was well organized, and the service felt honest and professional. I’d definitely recommend this shop, especially if you get the chance to work with Jeff.

Entered this place of business, and in 1 second was approached not by a human being, but by a great big, giant, snarling brown mutt! 😡 The woman behind the counter stated that it was a puppy, (like, seriously IDC, it was as big as a small horse!) and that it was an "office dog." This despite the fact that there's a sign clearly on the front door that says "service animals only." I don't know why this trend started with people bringing their mutts everywhere with them including to work but it needs to stop! Your mutt is for your enjoyment only AT YOUR HOME! IT HAS ABSOLUTELY NO PLACE INSIDE A PLACE OF BUSINESS! There are people who are a) allergic to dogs, or b) fearful of dogs! IT DOESN'T BELONG THERE!! TAKE IT HOME! So, I took my business elsewhere. Kelley down the street was great, and mutt-free!!! Potential customer lost! 😡
