Great experience here! Welcoming environment and professional. We bought a refrigerator from them 3 years ago and it’s still working great! Just visited them today about a washer and dryer and they helped us pick the right one for my grandma. Also, the delivery process is fast! Highly recommend them! I noticed the great reviews for this store and decided to visit because my mother needed a new stove. I waited a few days after using the stove before writing this review to be fair. Plus, since the store is Black-owned, I was happy to support my community. That was another reason we chose to shop here. At first, we couldn’t find the exact stove we wanted, but they offered to look for it, which I appreciated. They weren’t able to find it, but that was fine. We went back and bought one of the stoves they had in stock because we liked those as well. And I’m more than happy with our new stove! Outstanding customer service and patience, for sure! One thing I always look for is how a company treats its other customers. I was delighted to see another customer casually visiting because she had also been served very well by this company. It was very refreshing! Reasonable prices, nice selection for a small business, black-owned, and friendly! You can't go wrong! We'll return for any future appliance needs!
