I needed a good, solid washer for my Mom Her long time washer had finally broken down and couldn’t be repaired. Kevin and Vanessa at FM took great care of me, and I got a great deal on a GE washer. It’s perfect for my Mom. These are good people and they care, which is rare these days. They are good at what they do, and it’s great to see a family business like this. I’ll go back next time I need an appliance.

I have had this washer for 6 months. When I purchased this is looked very nice and almost new and in 6 months it was rusted. When I called them they said that everything in their store is painted over to look new but they are all used washers. I new I was buying a used washer I didn’t know I was buying a washer that was rusted out. They said the owner was out the country and they would not do anything to compensate me. I paid almost 500 and still have my receipt. Horrible place to purchase appliances and bad business owners. Go anywhere else besides them.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Never understood why people pay so much for appliances. To me a washer is a washer and a dryer is a dryer anything too high brow for standard laundry goes to the cleaners. I was in a real jam, my dyer would turn but not heat and when I fixed that issue, well it started to heat but not turn. Frustrated I googled appliances near me and got these guys and I AM SO GLAD I DID. GO a serviceable dryer with a 6 month warranty, loaded into my SUV in about 10 mins! What's even better, they took my old unit on as salvage for parts or repair. The best part? I only spent about 200 dollars, I mean you can get a decent dryer on Craigslist for that!! I may never buy a new appliance again! If you are facing a huge repair bill or need laundry units for an in-law suite or rental property, check these guys out, you will be glad you did!

My experience at first was great. HOWEVER, a few weeks after my timer stop working properly. I called to schedule an appointment for a technician to come out since I have a six-month warranty and I waited all day and no one ever showed up. I kept getting the runaround that he's on his way. Finally I go to the store to exchange the dryer and they have one exactly like the one I purchase a few weeks ago and the woman trying to exchange me for a lesser or more expensive dryer. She states in the policy there's no refund so I understand that. However would NOT exchange my dryer with the exact product I have because it's a matching set. That is not my problem. So after going back and forth with her nasty attitude she made a phone call and they finally agreed to give me my matching dryer. I would never do business with them again and I would not recommend anyone else to do business with them!

I had a wonderful experience with this company. They did a great job with delivery and excellent customer service. Very Friendly and kind people. I did have an issue with my refrigerator after I bought it, but they came back and fixed it, even after the warranty expired. I was so impressed, that I went and purchased a stove and a dishwasher. Right now, I am enjoying my fridge. I think it is a wonderful place to shop and save a little money.
