Excellent customer service from Simo and Debbie, and the other sales ladies were also helping us. We left Progressive Lighting after a terrible experience with their quality and horrendous sales people. Came across Masterpiece, which I forgot was even there. Debbie and Simo are terrific. Simo is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Debbie is also excellent, very professional and patient and helpful on design as well. Prices are also reasonable. The only reason I give them a four instead of a five star review is due to the small in-house selection; I understand the reasons why, but I wish they had a little bigger showroom with more lighting displays. Of course you can always order online, but it’s also nice to see everything as is.

Great customer service!! I purchased 2 ceiling fans and some lighting. Simo and Debbie offered great assistance and helped me select the right items for our home. One of the ceiling fans was not operating properly. Without any hassle, Simo quickly ordered a replacement fan and sent out one of their electricians to do the swap. Unbelievable customer service! I am so glad I did not go to a big box retailer or purchase online. Masterpiece Lighting's pricing is very competitive and I would have ended up spending a lot of money getting an electrician to come back and install the replacement fan. Refreshing to find good customer service still exists!
