Harvey, my very professional and genuinely knowledgeable tech from Living goods came yesterday. Because my appliance temporarily worked, and we knew it was not going to continue, Harvey made a plan to address “what happens next”. He was accurate and I will be following his instructions and sending a video of the expected malfunction. His plan will avoid a second services call and he can accurately order the needed part. I don’t think my service could be any better. Thanks Harvey!

Shout out to Matt, my service tech and Livingoods! We purchased a refrigerator at the end of 2025 and in May, had an issue with the ice maker. Matt came first to assess the situation and as soon as he walked in he noticed the handles were not properly placed. He made that change and then said, after looking, they would replace the ice maker. He ordered the part and in a few days came back to install it. He was thorough, cleaned everything up and verified everything was working! Highly recommend Livingoods if you need any appliances!

Cannot express how satisfied I with my technician. Luke was extremely professional, efficient and quite personable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved it likewise. In additional, he shared a few tips on potential major appliance purchases. This is the first time I needed refrigeration service. Also, Livingood’s deserves a 5 star also for not only backing up what they sell but having the people to service if needed.

Livingoods does NOT use 3rd party installers! Delivery personnel are Livingoods employees. Livingoods has an automated text system to tell you of their arrival time for deliveries. I received notification of my delivery appointment and updates on when the installers would arrive. I also liked that a picture of my installer (Cody) was provided so I knew who to expect at my door. Efficient and knowledgeable he & his helper had my entire suite of new appliances installed in two hours! They were careful with my floors, walls and cabinetry. I felt confident in their ability to install my appliances correctly. I highly recommend for their conscientious work.
