My mother in law has been without a fully functional stove for the last month. Thankful I found this place. Everyone was so nice and professional. A plus was the delivery person was able to speak Laotian with my mother in law.

Lowcountry discount appliances. They take forever to deliver an appliance. They delivered an appliance 3 weeks after they said they would. Then after paying the fee for removing the refrigerator they left it in the hallway. There delivery guys left damages in the hallway. I called them about completing the service that was paid for but they didnt give me a resolution. I asked them to pay the money back or complete the service and I never got a response. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Best place to get a deal on what you need. Ask for Kelly the new owner. She gave me a great deal. But all the staff was knowledgeable and helped me load it.

Today, 1/30/26 I had a Refrigerator delivered by Kristian and one of his employees. They did an awesome job and even got it delivered a day early because of possible bad weather on tomorrow, the actual scheduled day for delivery. The crew was in an out on no time getting things done fast and efficient. Keep up the great work and best wishes for continued growth!

We had a problem with our refrigerator; the ice maker is not working, high temperature on the freezer side and also the chiller is not cooling at all. We called the Low Country Discount Appliances and they immediately scheduled us for refrigerator condition assessment on the following day. Jay came to our house the following day and he thoroughly checked all the parts of the refrigerator if properly working including inspection of the temperature inside the freezer. He confirmed that all essential parts are working properly and that he advised us to totally defrost the refrigerator for a possible reason of the refrigerator was not working properly due to frozen line at the back since all important parts are working. We followed his advise and very happy to say our refrigerator is now in normal working condition. We highly recommend the Low Country Discount Appliances if you have any trouble with appliances.
