Such a beautiful experience today! The women working there were so sweet, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. They made me feel comfortable and at home while helping me find exactly what I needed. Customer service like this is hard to come by these days. Definitely recommend stopping by if you want great furniture and even better people!

My experience here started off good went in looked at Some furniture, see something im interested in, apply for credit, etc. Set a delivery date FOUR weeeks in advance to ensure there was NO problem. Delivery day decided to rain. Cool no problem can’t change the weather. Due to the weather delivery date was changed but i was uninformed only reason i found out was because i called after waiting all day. Next supposedly delivery day now they all of a sudden don’t have some items in stock. Crystal is the manager name i believe very unprofessional. You gather all the details and then contact the customer you don’t call 4 times with 4 different issues based on what you didn’t do right the 1st time

My store experience was great! Mike was very helpful and friendly. I feel that he gave me honest answers about the quality and style of certain pieces that I looked at. Mike and Ms Carolyn are good people. I had to return the first set I purchased because it wouldn't fit through my door. They didn't give me any problems and processed my refund immediately. Mike also gave me a discount on my new purchase. I will definitely be back and recommend this place for your furniture needs.

I had a great experience purchasing my sectional. Maryanne was extremely personable & knowledgable, answering all of my questions & explaining the financing & furniture protection options available. Manny & Dee delivered & setup my sectional. They were very communicative when it came to their ETA & were very professional when they arrived. They were very careful putting the furniture together - watching the walls & floors, and made sure my furniture was exactly where I wanted it before they left. The only reason I gave Farmers 4 stars and not 5 is because the in-store model had extra pillows that were not included in the actual furniture that gets delivered. Minor thing, but I was looking forward to those fluffy pillows!
