Discount Store Appliance

I went to Discount Store Appliance a couple of days ago because my 25 year old washing machine was clanking, vibrating and making a lot of noise. Lito told me that the drum was broken and needed to be replaced. I told him I wanted the cheapest, simplest model he had he recommended a Maytag model. The next day Loretto the installer came to put in my new washer.He was quick efficient and friendly.The new washer is a dream. You just a button and it washes with no noise or vibration, you can't even tell it's on. My clothes came out super clean. I would highly recommend Discount Appliance for all your appliance needs. A disappointing place to shop at, i would avoid at all costs if possible. they installed a GE washer / dryer unit at my parents place and caused notable damage to multiple walls, physically broke the door latch that covers the washer / dryer itself and left without saying anything. Only when i visited my parents (who are both senior citizens and didnt want to deal with them again) did i notice all this fresh damage. the owner refused to provide any type of compensation as if his life depended on keeping every penny. he did offer to send someone to look at what happened. the handle for the dryer door also snapped off the other day. will be dealing directly with GE to avoid this shop.

Best experience ever. Just like many other people have said, I had gone to Lowe’s and Home Depot and had terrible service topped with the fact that the delivery would be over a month later! At both places they said that there was only ONE of the floor models in stock. Then I google searched Appliances and I’m so grateful because I found this store. I needed a washer n dryer badly and when we walked in, it was supposed to close about 5 min after we got there, but the sales person took his time showing us all of our options. What’s more, we would be getting the washer dryer in only 2 days! Then comes the delivery.. the boys were very happy to provide wonderful service. They hauled away the old ones and installed the new one. I will be going here for all of my appliances needs

My dishwasher broke... 2 weeks before Christmas... I was in the middle of making cookies, hot fudge & ice cream! I called Mike at Discount appliances on Piikoi Street. I got a new dishwasher delivered & installed, the NEXT day! Installation was on time, efficient, and Jason was super nice. But alas, he forgot to reconnect a small minor vent(?) so I called back. I was told Jason would come out the next day. Instead, I got a knock on my door 2 hours later. Jason, on his way to his second job, came all the way back to my house to finished the minor fix. Amazing work ethic. I have bought numerous appliances from Mike & always get the best service! So rare these days!
