I saw the sign about having an appointment on July, 12 2023. I just walked in and was helped by the friendly staff not wearing a mask. I think that the sign was an old Covid thing of the past.

It is ridiculous that you have to make an appointment for 2 weeks ahead to just look at what they have, sounds like they don’t want to do business as usual! I have done business with Ferguson in the Washington state and wanted to continue with their top quality merchandise here in Hawaii, but it looks like I am out is luck and time.

My 5th purchase from Hannah. She gives amazing customer service. Went over many different options to help match my needs with my budget. Expressed patience and understanding while I asked questions. Very personable. The warehouse workers are all kind and efficient and quick to help. I highly recommend Ferguson.

I called and asked for the parts department. They transferred my call twice and no one answered. My call went to an answering machine asking for my name and contact number saying someone will call me back since all sales people were busy. I called at 1:00pm and never got a call back, typing this review at 3:17pm. Sent my son to go down to Kokea Street at 2:30 pm. They said they do not have the part and will take 3 weeks to come in. A call back would have prevented my son from wasting his time. It is no wonder when you pass by their business the parking lot is always empty. It is also no wonder why business like this fail. Will not waste my time with them and will order online. You can get this part Moen m101964 faster online and probably cheaper being that it is delivered right to your home. Even a 1 star rating is too generous.
