First of all, the service and knowledge gained about dishwashers in general, we were top notch. If you haven’t met Dave, the owner at Luxx, do yourself a favor and stop in. We decided to go with a Breda, 3 rack dishwasher. We’ve had it for approximately two months, and so far are really happy with it. It took some getting used to not rinsing our dishes prior to putting them in the dishwasher. The manual states that is best. I really like the automatic door opening after the dry cycle completes. That helps to evenly dry out the dishes. The only concern I have is on the bottom rack. It has quite a bit of side to side movement. Often times when I pull out the rack to load or unload, it comes off of the track. This is a problem, especially when it’s loaded. I hope this review proves helpful.

We bought four beautiful vanities from LUXX for two spec homes we were building. LUXX gave us clear instructions about receiving freight, especially the importance of opening and inspecting everything immediately and reporting transit damage within five days. We understood what we needed to do, and when we found some hidden transit damage to one of the countertops, we reported it to LUXX the day after delivery ~ and they sent out a replacement countertop immediately! The customer service was excellent and we will definitely use LUXX again. Highly recommended.

Damaged Vanity I received this 60 inch Fairmont vanity in a box that was not damaged, with a wooden protective frame around it that was not damaged. Yet when the box and frame were removed, the 60 inch Vanity had cracks from the top corners down the sides. It even appeared that someone had tried to patch one of the cracks. Although, when the box was opened, it was past 30 days, so Houzz refused to assist me with this issue. This Vanity cost $2,040 and Houzz says it was the carrier's fault and they will do nothing since it is past 30 days. I am building a home and ordering everything online. I am writing an article on how you can build a million dollar home and order everything online from toilets to furniture and linens. So we getting 10 to 20 boxes a day. If the box is undamaged, the contractor does not usually open it, but puts it where it goes. I cannot do this myself, because the home is very dusty while they are building. I have asthma, and this is the only way I can build my new home, I am writing an article on this process and how easy online purchasing can be. Yet due to how Houzz has handled this issue, I will not be purchasing from Houzz in the future. I also will not be recommending Houzz for online ordering in the articles I am writing.. Please let me know if anyone else has had similar issues with Houzz, and how they handled it?

We purchased a beautiful gray single sink vanity from LUXX Kitchen and Bath and it looks wonderful in our remodeled powder room. Easy to install and presents a custom made look to our home. I recommend LUXX Kitchen and Bath to anyone who wants to deal with honest straight talking quality focused people. At a great price.

Luxx has a wonderful little showroom in Boise and a fantastic selection online. We bought a really great, modern vanity for our powder room about a year ago and still love it. The staff is very friendly, and the vanity was delivered right to the house. I would definitely recommend you pay them a visit.
