Perfect Appliance Fix

I bought a set here about 7 months ago. They came out a few times because there were problems with both the washer and dryer. The dryer was fixed but the washer I was told was the motor and it wouldn't be worth fixing. The set together was $450. While they did fix the dryer, I'm still left with a washer that stopped working right after only 7 months.

Bought a washing machine from them less than 6 months ago. They only offered a 60 day warranty but had at many good reviews I thought it was worth the risk. Nope!! Last week it started squealing and smoking! I reached out to the owner to see what could be done and said I was disappointed and he rudely snapped back at me... "I'm not a fortune teller." Stay far away from this company. I'm now out $450 and have to purchase a new washing machine anyway on top of that.

I was referred to Jeff’s Appliance by my son who had purchased a refurbished washer/dryer set previously. I visited the showroom and found a few sets I was interested in. I asked Jeff which set he would purchase and he told me. I bought the set he suggested and I’m so glad I did! It was a fair price and the units looked brand new!Jeff worked with my apartment complex while I was out of town to deliver and install the set. I am very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend you visit their shop if you’re needing a slightly used/refurbished washer & dryer.

I had no clue it would be this easy! Jeff communicated with me via text while I couldn't call, promptly sending pics of an available set matching my stated needs. I set up a viewing for the next day, but had I not replied late in the day I feel comfortable saying it could have all been done same-day including delivery. No pushy sales, and delivery and taxes included in the stated price. They were in and out in less than 15 minutes, and my set works wonderfully. I love how affordable it was and I know who to call if I ever need repairs!
