Our in store experience was great! Then came the delivery. We got a new fridge, ours quit on a Sunday (fun for us) so as soon as we could on Monday we went and bought our new one. It was to be delivered on Tuesday which was fine food was in coolers we could hold out until then. Tuesday comes, I got the text that they had arrived, 10 minutes later they finally knock at my door. I was told they were taking the doors off the fridge so it would fit through my front door. After another 20 minutes I hear a noise at my front door, me thinking they are finally moving it in, no they were trying to take my front door off, without my permission. I told him, no if you take the doors off it will fit, I also gave them another option for coming in our house so they had 2 different door ways to come through. They proceed to measure again, I then showed them the other way into our home and one delivery guy threw a fit that he was not going that way without me moving our stepping stones. He stormed back to his truck. I proceed to call the store to see why they are back in the truck and not doing their job. Me and the salesman agreed that the stepping stones would be moved but I needed help due to me being handicapped. They measured the door and decided it would fit without taking the doors off. Got to my sliding door and it again was too big to fit. At this point we are going on an hr 20 min for this delivery. During all of this I asked why they didn't take the old one out first because my house is somewhat small and I knew it was going to be difficult. I got some lame excuses as to why. So, they finally get the new one in the house, find that I was right about space and proceed to squeeze it into my dining room so they can put the doors back on, while one is putting doors on the other guy just stood there doing nothing. After another 30 minutes they are finally taking the doors off our old unit. They finally got the old one out new one in but I told them we didn't need the water line and had to stop one of them from opening up the package so, it could be returned to the store and it could be removed from our bill. (I didn't realize it was on our invoice until they delivered) Now, after 2 1/2 hrs my new fridge is delivered. I text right away to let them know that we didn't need the water line ($25) no text back, so I text on Wednesday was told it would be looked at on Thursday. Today is Friday and still no answer or updated invoice to show the credit to our account. So, long story but in-store was a great experience but the delivery was not great at all. What should have been a 30 min job took over 2 hours and very unprofessional delivery guys. We will probably not go back.
