We had wonderful customer service when we were in the store. The gal answered all our questions but gave us space to make our decisions. My daughter purchased a washer and dryer set and Garrity included all the hoses at no extra charge. We loved working with this company and had a really great experience. Will definitely use them again.

Wow! What nice people! My wife and I came in with several questions about problems with our appliances. Ron took time to explain and diagnose the problems and assure us that our appliances were worth repairing. He doesn’t make house calls anymore but recommended someone we can trust. We offered to pay for the consultation but he kindly declined. When our appliances do finally wear out I plan on buying from Ron

We were having issues with the washer we bought from Garrity Appliance. We continued to have issues with it, and each time the guys came to repair it, they were very rude and talked down to my mom. They refused to check anything else on the washer, besides what they thought was wrong with it. I understand that sometimes machines break or are faulty, but the way we were treated was unprofessional and uncalled for. We will not be buying another appliance from them.

Got a nice, top of the line, Whirlpool washer dryer set for my bride. Top-load washer as well which is what she always wanted. Ron and Lucy are awesome! Ron knows his stuff and he's an audiophile vinyl nut just like me. He gave me some value for my old Kenmore set and also there's a 6-month warranty on his refurbished appliances. I highly recommend this business!
