Curtis was sent out to our house to look at our GE washer. Scheduling the appointment was easy and I knew exactly when Curtis would be arriving. My mom was in town visiting so I wasn’t super excited to have my washer stop working. Curtis was knowledgeable, professional and timely. He gave us a no nonsense idea of what our appliance needed and what he recommended. I would definitely work with Mr. Appliance of south west Idaho again and recommend them to anyone.
