Habitat for Humanity ReStore Arlington Heights

Terrible experience. They are by far the most overpriced HFH in the state of Illinois. Now they have a TIP OPTION? The greed is breathtaking from this location. I’ve asked random employees if they get anything from the tips and it’s a resounding NO. So where do the tips go? What percentage goes to the folks that need housing? Maybe whoever is at the top of management at this store has answers? WHERE DO THE TIPS GO?

This store benefits a great cause and they have some interesting stuff. If you don't mind digging around for treasures among some junk, you'll enjoy the experience. While we haven't bought anything big here, we scored some nice fabric samples, adorable new stuffed animals for my granddaughter, and a few other tidbits. I must say I agree with others that the woman working the register is quite unfriendly, but that isn't going to stop me from stopping by now and then.

Staff here is wonderful. I did some volunteering, and this place has a lot of good stuff for cheap! It's definitely wonderful to shop here if you are looking for deals and things for your home! Recommend this place 100% everyone Here is helpful! The bathroom is also available, nice and clean! Parking is huge, so more than enough, parking for everyone also drop off the donation door is on the side of the building for those who would like to donate

Not your usual thrift store... instead of a bunch of clothes you will find new and used flooring, cabinets, furniture, electrical, plumbing doors, windows, some appliances etc.. There are all kinds of misc. items in this place. Well laid out in sections. Bathrooms are new and clean. New items are mostly name brand stuff, but significantly marked down. All the furniture and beds in very good condition. Nice store for remodelers, flippers or DIYers.
